Responsabilidades:

El puesto principal consiste principalmente en la atención al cliente, pero también se realizarán otras tareas, como la atención a agentes/prestamistas, la gestión de aseguradoras/agentes, la entrada/edición/organización de datos, el marketing, las ventas y el trabajo de secretaría. Esta persona será la cara hacia el cliente de la empresa, ya que está en primera línea, por lo que es importante que se comunique con los demás. Además, estará sola sin respaldo, por lo que deberá ser capaz de manejar situaciones por sí sola en ocasiones y priorizar tareas. Ninguna otra persona en la empresa habla español.

Este es un puesto remoto que puede realizarse desde su casa siempre que el entorno no interfiera con su trabajo ni con los clientes. La capacitación será de jornada completa durante el primer mes y luego continuará a su propio ritmo.
