We are looking for a
strategic and hands-on Country Marketing Manager
to lead Infinix's marketing strategy, execution, and local team management in Ecuador. You will drive the brand's awareness and consumer perception across the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies covering brand communications, PR, social media, retail activations, and KOL partnerships
- Plan and lead marketing campaigns, ensuring full execution and delivery
- Identify market trends, consumer needs, and potential opportunities to optimize marketing tactics and discover new growth areas
- Manage and lead the local marketing team, enhancing collaboration, efficiency, and professional development
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with business objectives
- Oversee local marketing budgets and track performance to maximize ROI
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of marketing experience, including 2+ years leading brand initiatives with full ownership of a country-level market
- Experience in consumer electronics, smartphones, or FMCG is a plus
- Deep understanding of Ecuadorian and LATAM consumers and retail landscape
- Strong skills in marketing planning, creative strategy, and integrated communications; able to independently deliver comprehensive marketing plans
- Excellent project management, team leadership, and talent development skills, capable of leading a high-performing team
- Fluent in Spanish and English (

Your tasks
- Manage the creation and production of POS materials for institutional, promo and product exhibitions.
- Manage the implementation of new POS identification, projects for new stores, trade-brand guidelines execution aligned with brand strategy.
- Merchandising administration (production, distribution, etc.).
- Manage the development and implementation of trade and promotional campaigns for PLT tires including special dates calendar.

- Education: Graduate or postgraduate in administration, communication, engineering or marketing.
- Professional experience: More than 5 years experience in communication/marketing activities with a leadership role.
Additional requirements:
Experience in negotiation with suppliers and coordination of advertising agencies.
